Flere og flere lande kræver, at alle flyselskaber overfører informationer om flypassagerer. Det gælder f. eks. ved rejser til USA, Bahrain, Kuwait og UAE (Dubai) og Kina. Informationerne kaldes for Advance Passenger Information System (APIS). Specielt USA har i henhold til dets lovgivning pålagt dette krav over for alle flyselskaber, der lander i USA. Carlson Wagonlit Travel har intet ansvar for den udfyldte information i formularen.

More and more countries require all airlines to transmit information on passengers traveling to their country. This applies for travel to e.g. USA, Bahrain, Kuwait og UAE (Dubai) and China. This information is called the Advance Passenger Information System (APIS). Especially the U.S. has under its law imposed this requirement on all airlines landing in the U.S.. Carlson Wagonlit Travel has no responsibility for the completed information form.
